Valerie Oldre, SPHR, president of
Human Capital Advantage, Inc., is a strategic
business partner with Profiles International. She
has over 24 years of experience in recruiting,
hiring, interviewing and human resource consulting,
and specializes in use of assessments in employee
selection, development, and management. Valerie has
partnered with Profiles International for over ten
years, and is one of their top strategic partners.
Her expertise was cultivated by helping grow one of
the top and most successful employee benefits
insurance agencies in the country--CFG, now
Associated Financial Group. The agency was built by
following the hiring process that she developed--- a
process based on using assessments to ensure that
CFG hired the type of employees capable of providing
the high customer service the agency required.
She began her partnership with Profiles
International when she was employed at CFG, and left
shortly after the sale of the agency to Associated
Bank, at which time she changed the name of her
partnership to Human Capital Advantage, Inc.. As a
partner with Profiles International, she provides
her services to a variety of companies, from
hospitals to property management firms, on using
assessments for hiring, management, and employee
development, helping her clients accomplish their
